India has approximately 900 million working-age people. More than 47% have never been formally employed. The frontline โ€” factory floors, warehouses, delivery routes, construction sites โ€” is where most of them work, or want to work.

Yet the system that connects workers to jobs is broken: opaque, exploitative, slow, and non-compliant. Workers don't know if they'll be paid on time. Employers don't know if their vendor is PF-compliant. Nobody has full visibility.

WorkSetu exists to fix that โ€” with trust as the foundational product, not an afterthought.

Four things we never compromise on.

Human-First

Every design decision starts with the human worker. We build for the frontline worker who may have a 2G connection, low digital literacy, and no tolerance for broken flows. If it doesn't work for them, we rebuild it.

Trust is the Product

Workers trust us to pay them on time, every time. Employers trust us to own compliance fully. Talent Partners trust us to pay commissions accurately. Trust is not a feature โ€” it is what we sell.

Skilling is First-Class

The first-time jobseeker pathway is not an afterthought. We built the NGO Skilling Partner programme into the platform architecture from day one โ€” because a workforce platform that only serves the already-employed is failing half the opportunity.

Outcomes, Not Headcount

We measure everything by outcomes: fill rate, retention rate, compliance score, TP commission accuracy, training-to-placement conversion. If the outcome isn't right, the process isn't right.
