Employer Side
What you see & do
  1. Raise a requirement

    Log in to the employer portal or email your JD. Specify headcount, role, skill level, wage band, and joining date.

  2. Track live on your dashboard

    See in real-time how many candidates are in the pipeline per requirement. No phone calls needed.

  3. Review pre-screened candidates

    Candidates arrive with 2 layers of screening completed. Review profiles, KYC documents, and eligibility notes.

  4. Conduct interview or trade test

    Meet candidates via platform-scheduled interview or face-to-face trade test. You control final selection.

  5. Approve on portal (or reply to email)

    One click — approved or rejected. Mandatory feedback for rejections. No candidate joins without your approval.

  6. Receive single monthly invoice

    One all-in invoice per associate. Live headcount, attendance trends, and attrition dashboard always visible.

Network Side
WorkSetu Supervisor + Talent Partners
  1. Supervisor receives & broadcasts

    Supervisor reviews the requirement and broadcasts to Talent Partners with relevant hiring capability.

  2. TPs source from their community

    Talent Partners reach into personal networks — previous workforce, local referrals, community contacts.

  3. Layer 1 — KYC screening (automated)

    Candidate uploads details via app. Aadhaar, PAN, experience automatically validated. First-time jobseekers routed to Skilling Partner assessment.

  4. Layer 2 — Supervisor eligibility check

    Supervisor reviews profiles, conducts a brief call, assesses skill match. Rejected candidates receive written feedback.

  5. Worker joins — commissions begin

    Worker joins on WorkSetu payroll. TP commission accrual begins from Month 1. PF and ESIC registration completed on joining day.

  6. Monthly payroll & TP payout

    Attendance captured, payroll run, salaries disbursed, and TP commissions paid to bank accounts — all by the agreed monthly date.

How NGO training connects to placement.

First-time jobseekers are routed through our Skilling Partner network and placed once training is complete.

Candidate

Registers on WorkSetu. Assessed as first-time jobseeker.

TP Refers

Talent Partner refers them. WorkSetu matches to a relevant course.

NGO Trains

Skilling Partner NGO enrolls them. Batch, attendance, assessment — all on platform.

Employer Hires

Trained candidate enters employer pipeline. Full WorkSetu payroll and compliance.
